A deposit (typically 30% of the total safari cost) is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your safari starts. For bookings made within 60 days of the safari start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other specified methods. All payments must be made in the currency shown on your invoice.

If you need to cancel your safari, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued according to this schedule:

4.3 Force Majeure
We’re not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, government sanctions, blockage, embargo, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
5.1 Travel Documents
You’re responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
5.2 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including cover for trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.
5.3 Health and Fitness
You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions or special needs when you book. Safari activities may require a reasonable level of fitness and mobility.
5.4 Conduct on Safari
You agree to follow all safety instructions given by our guides and to respect local customs and wildlife. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the safety or enjoyment of the group.
6.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Majestic Kenya Safaris and Tours shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, use of, or inability to use our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majestic Kenya Safaris and Tours, its employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
